Clear rules for a service that starts with the outcome.
1. Agreement
These terms govern use of Skado. By claiming, paying for, or publishing a website, you confirm that you can act for the organization and accept these terms and linked policies.
2. Service
Skado provides private previews, structured editing, static website publishing, domains, leads, analytics, and related tools. Features vary by plan and market.
3. Previews and publishing
Unclaimed previews are private, inert, and may expire. You are responsible for confirming the five critical facts and reviewing claims before publication. A publish creates an immutable release; later changes create new releases.
4. Your content and rights
You retain rights in your content. You grant us limited permission to host, transform, back up, and distribute it to provide the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to content and domains you provide.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Skado for phishing, impersonation, malware, fraud, unlawful spam, illegal content, or security circumvention. We may quarantine or remove a site where there is reasonable risk, legal obligation, or a material violation.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Prices, taxes, currency, billing period, and renewal date are shown before payment. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Stripe processes payment methods, and PolyAccounts maintains the authoritative financial record. Refunds, credits, and promotions follow terms displayed when purchased.
7. Failed payments and cancellation
A failed payment does not automatically delete a website. We may limit new publishing after notices and a grace period. Cancel from Billing; cancellation stops future renewals and content is retained for the stated period for export or reactivation.
8. Partners and teams
A partner may fund or manage services only within delegated permissions. The owner keeps the controls described in the applicable agreement. You are responsible for managing team access.
9. Availability and changes
We design published sites for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change features while preserving purchased rights under the product version or providing reasonable notice.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Skado is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or customer-provided content. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Closure and contact
You can export data and close your account from the portal. We may suspend for material violations, abuse, or security risk and will try to provide notice where safe and lawful. Contact Skado through Support in the portal.
